With the osb i normally give it a good couple of coats treatment and or acrypol if you can get it i got shed roof ps that have lasted absolute years with this treatment.

I need to cover approx 18m2. Will the thickness make a difference. I roofed my stable with 11mm sheets covered with cheap shed kennel felt three years ago. To be honest i want to spend as little as i need to.

Osb would be fine for a shed roof 18mm ply is going to be expensive. Does it has to be osb3 or will osb2 do. Osb3 is just as good as regular shuttering ply. No interior or exterior use.
